Hi Beary friends!
Guess what? We are back in Nusa Dua! This time we chose to stay in a lovely new hotel, Renaissance Bali Nusa Dua Resort. We celebrated new year’s eve, and have been staying here for 3D2N. Despite the obstacles during the long wait to check-in, and having to change rooms due to the air conditioner’s condensation on our first day, we really enjoyed our stay!

Tebak apa? Kami kembali di Nusa Dua! Kali ini kami memilih untuk menginap di hotel baru yang indah, Renaissance Bali Nusa Dua Resort. Kami merayakan malam tahun baru, dan telah tinggal di sini selama 3 hari 2 malam. Terlepas dari kendala selama menunggu lama untuk check-in, dan harus mengubah kamar karena kondensasi AC pada hari pertama kami, kami sangat menikmati masa menginap kami!
The service has been nothing short of excellent. They apologized beyond our expectations for each issue. They sent us a basket of fruits first, but the top of it, the manager in charge (his name is Daniel) came to us, apologizing many times, and offered us a free lunch or dinner as the compensation of the problems we had to deal with during our stay (we chose dinner on our second evening). Not forgetting to mention that they also gave us a free afternoon beverages and cakes during the check-in waiting game.
Pelayanannya sangat baik. Mereka meminta maaf melebihi harapan kami untuk setiap masalah. Mereka mengirimi kami sekeranjang buah-buahan terlebih dahulu, tetapi yang terpenting, manajer yang bertanggung jawab (namanya Daniel) datang kepada kami, meminta maaf berkali-kali, dan menawari kami makan siang atau makan malam gratis sebagai kompensasi dari masalah yang harus kami alami selama kami menginap (kami memilih makan malam pada malam kedua kami). Tidak lupa menyebutkan bahwa mereka juga memberi kami minuman sore gratis dan kue-kue selama ‘permainan’ menunggu check-in.

(+) We love everything about this hotel. The color combo of this hotel is enchanting, the mixture of the modern industrial vibes with the bright colors and some ethnic touches. So edgy, yet eclectic and fun at the same time! The atmosphere in the restaurant is cool and lively, with a good selection on offer.
The fruit basket, beers, and all round efforts to apologise were such wholesome, meaningful gestures.
The best Kids Club and its activities we have been to so far. Izzy had so much fun!
(-) The beach club is not in the hotel area, we had to take a shuttle, the hotel car, to get there, but at least it’s still in the Nusa Dua area.
(+) Kami menyukai segala sesuatu tentang hotel ini. Kombinasi warna hotel ini sangat mempesona, perpaduan antara getaran industri modern dengan warna-warna cerah dan beberapa sentuhan etnik. Sangat edgy, namun eklektik dan menyenangkan pada saat yang sama! Suasana di restorannya sejuk dan semarak, dengan pilihan yang ditawarkan.
Keranjang buah, bir, dan segala upaya untuk meminta maaf adalah gerakan yang begitu menyenangkan dan bermakna.
Klub Anak-Anak terbaik dan aktivitasnya sejauh ini. Izzy sangat bersenang-senang!
(-) Beach clubnya tidak berada di area hotel, kami harus naik shuttle, mobil hotel, untuk sampai ke sana, tapi setidaknya masih di kawasan Nusa Dua.

It feels like we don’t want to leave this hotel. Ever. We wish we had booked it a bit longer. Anyway, hopefully we will be back again one day. ;)
Rasanya seperti kami tidak ingin meninggalkan hotel ini. ‘Selamanya’. Kami berharap kami telah memesannya sedikit lebih lama. Bagaimanapun, semoga kami akan kembali lagi suatu hari nanti. ;)
